A: Provide a cross-sectional drawing/3D model, material grade, annual volume, tolerances, surface protection, and packaging requirements. We will provide manufacturability recommendations, a sample production cycle, and a quote within 3–5 business days.
A: Length consistency of ±0.5 mm for standard lengths and straightness ≤1 mm/m (typical operating conditions). For thin-walled, complex sections, we will provide a control range and SPC plan based on actual requirements.
