Shandong Shenzhao New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established on July 22, 2022, with a registered capital of RMB 5 million. It is a high-tech enterprise in which China Luoyang Bearing Group holds a stake. The company specializes in the design, R&D, production, and finishing of complex cross-section profiles. Located in the Laiwu High-tech Zone in Jinan City, Shandong Province, China, the company currently has one senior engineer and six associate senior engineers responsible for the R&D and design of profiled steel passes. The company also has ten senior rolling technicians specializing in on-site commissioning, all of whom have approximately 30 years of experience in metal rolling on profiled steel production lines and possess extensive practical experience.
The company possesses several core technologies with independent intellectual property rights and operates four cooperatively operated steel rolling production lines:
One: φ700×3+φ550×3+φ550×6;
Two: φ450×3×2+φ350×6;
Three: φ350×3×3.5;
Four: φ550×7+φ580E1+φ650U1+φ650U2+φ580E2φ650U3+φ650U4+φ580E3+φ650U5 four-roll universal continuous rolling production line. The company boasts an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of special-shaped steel.
Our main products fall into three categories: 1. Thin and lightweight H-beams, such as H100×30 to H200×100, with a weight per meter ranging from 2.7kg/m to 16kg/m, and a minimum flange and web thickness of 2.0mm. 2. Over 20 products for various applications, including construction machinery, high-speed rail, photovoltaics, agricultural machinery, and forklift attachments. 3. Coal mine support products. 4. Special-shaped steel products, such as hot-rolled C9 locking clips and snap fasteners, for use with sheet piles and pipe piles. 5. Steel for bridge expansion joints.
6. HALFEN channel steel for wire threading in high-speed rail, bridges, and tunnels. 7. General and niche products, such as various T-beams, I-flat steel, and unequal-leg angles.
8. New cross-section products, developed on an ongoing basis based on customer needs and individual requirements.
The complex cross-section special-shaped steel currently under development primarily replaces traditional casting and forging processes and has broad market prospects. The products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea.
