Hot-rolled high-strength, lightweight, thin-walled H-beam is a new type of steel product. Compared with ordinary hot-rolled H-beam, it has the characteristics of “light and thin” while meeting the bending resistance. It is light in weight, saves metal, and improves bending resistance. Its yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, cross-sectional shrinkage and other force parameters are better than those of the same type of high-frequency welded H-beam. This series of high-strength, light-weight H-beam products has been widely used in the fields of automobile trailer bottom beams, high-end RVs, glass curtain walls, light villas, centralized boxes, photovoltaic brackets, etc.
The main specifications are: H100×30×2.2×2.2 (American Standard), H101.6×57.2×2.35×3 (American Standard), H117×64×3.2×4 (American Standard), H100×42×2.2×2.5 (American Standard), H147×100×3.3×4.2 (American Standard W6×7), H148×100×4.3×5.5 (American Standard W6×8.5), H150×100×4.3×5.5 (American Standard W6×9), H153×100×4.3×5.5 (American Standard W6×12). The Q500B steel grade H100×30×2.2×2.2 ultra-thin H-beam developed and produced has a web thickness of only 1.8-2.2 mm, making it the lightest and thinnest ceiling product in the H-beam family. The main steel grades are: Q235B, Q355B, Q500B, 20MnV, etc. We can adopt positive and negative difference production according to customer requirements; we can also carry out differentiated design, development and production according to customer’s technical requirements such as appearance size, steel grade, etc.
